PUMA wanted to virtually expand in-store inventory for additional store sales from products that were not physically present in the store. The goal was to integrate inventory from warehouses to fulfill in-store orders.
To address these challenges, PUMA implemented endless aisle in its store through Fynd Store OS and integrated its warehouses as fulfillment centers. This empowered store associates to showcase inventory beyond what was physically present in the store, using Fynd Store OS app on their mobile phones, also enabling higher cross-selling or upselling.
