PUMA sought an in-store tech solution to further boost store sales and the ability to develop custom features. In doing so, they wanted a platform that integrated with their existing tech stack and partnerships without the complexities of a complete tech revamp or establishing new accounts and contracts.

Smooth inventory push from PUMA's WMS to Fynd Platform enables PUMA’s store staff to access real-time pan-India inventory.
Fynd OMS captures orders placed at the stores and routes them to PUMA’s WMS. This composability enables PUMA to process orders from its existing system while leveraging Fynd OMS for delivery partner assignment, invoice generation, and return management.
PUMA wanted complete control of all order transactions by direct payments into its PayU account. Being a composable platform, Store OS enabled PUMA to link its existing PayU accounts for streamlined payments, reducing the hassle of payment reconciliations for PUMA.
Fynd's Logistics Module empowers brands to choose from several pre-integrated delivery partners. PUMA, having its existing account with Delhivery and Bluedart, leveraged Fynd's composability & flexibility and used these partners for efficient last-mile deliveries to customer doorsteps.
By choosing the composable Fynd Store OS, PUMA scaled up its store performance with the flexibility it needed. PUMA experienced a seamless shift to the new solution. Minimal changes to the existing systems eased the tech stack burden for the brand and resulted in a faster GTM.
