Selecting Stores While Inviting Store Staff
In the existing system, platform users invite others through teams to use the system. However, there is no option to provide access to a specific store while sending invitations. Consequently, the inviting user needs to access the platform twice – once before sending the invite and then again after the invitee registers.
With this feature, the inviting user can edit stores while sending the invite (P0 priority). In later phases, we will also provide the option to upload users and access details in bulk.

We've introduced a significant feature designed to optimize address fields for international use on the Fynd Platform. This enhancement ensures compatibility with multiple countries, starting with the UAE.
Here are the key improvements:
1. Global Data Support: This update serves as the foundation for displaying address fields consistently across the Fynd Platform, making it easier to support global users. The goal is to streamline address management and ensure data accuracy worldwide.
2. Dynamically Adjusted Address Fields: We're introducing dynamic address fields based on the country selection made during onboarding, company setup, or location configuration. When the customer selects their country, the platform will dynamically adapt address fields, including state options. Furthermore, the selected country's currency will be automatically set.

There is a significant enhancements to currency support on the Fynd Platform, bringing about key improvements at various levels:
1. Base Currency at the Company Level: Sellers will be able to set their preferred base currency on the Fynd Platform at the company level, making currency management more accessible.
2. Currency Migration: Existing currencies in company, product, and inventory have been migrated to the Indian Rupee (INR). This streamlines currency handling within these domains.
3. Extensive Currency Support: Our efforts span across various areas to ensure comprehensive currency support:
- Product & Inventory: Implementation of currency support in product and inventory management.
- Storefront: Enabling currency compatibility for the storefront, allowing easy display of prices in the user's chosen currency.

- Customer & Seller Communication: Currency support is available in communication with customers and sellers, maintaining consistency in messaging.

Platform UI Changes for Extensions and Themes
In this feature, we've optimized the process for users to access and manage extensions and themes within the Fynd Platform seller panel. The key improvements include:
Contextualised Extension Usage: The location of extension usage will now depend on the Extension Type.
- A General extension with a launch type of 'Company' will now be available in the Company section in Extensions tab
- A General extension with a launch type of 'Application' will be accessible under Sales Channel in Extensions Tab
- Logistics Extensions will be available in the Logistics Tab in the Company Section.
- Payments Extension will be available in Payment Settings in the required Sales Channel.

Cart Line Item Injection & Manipulation Fee Injection
For any additional type of fees not supported in core, an extension for the same can be created, where the extension will be exposed to all the items in customer's shopping cart. Extensions will also have the ability to add extra fees or voluntary contributions to the final amount.
For instance, if a convenience fee extension is enabled on a sales platform, it can apply convenience fees to the order based on predefined conditions in the extension. If these conditions are not met, the extension can inject convenience fees which will be shown in the cart breakdown to the customer, and this information will be forwarded to the OMS once the order is placed.
These changes impact the following charges:
- Donations (added to the total cost)
- Convenience Fee/Platform Fee (added to the total cost)

In this feature update, substantial improvements have been implemented in the Analytics section of the Fynd Platform. The dashboard has been expanded to offer two new modules, namely Logistics (enhanced) and Users, which have been introduced alongside the existing order and inventory modules.

- Last Mile Success Ratio: Measures the success rate of the final leg of delivery.
- On-time Delivery Rate: Indicates the percentage of orders delivered on or before the promised time.

Till v1.8, E-Waybill information was not supported in invoices. With this recent enhancement, it is now included. Any Order which is eligible for having an e-way bill number will have it in both Invoice PDFs (new feature) and Shipping Labels (existing feature).
E-way Bill No is a number that ‘is used while transferring orders with a value above INR 50K.

Given the introduction of the Fynd Platform app, it's logical to introduce a dedicated plan exclusively for the app. Currently, our plans are designed to serve both web and app users.

Revised List of SAC Code
The SAC (Services Accounting Code) is a unique code that identifies specific services for taxation purposes. When there are revisions to SAC codes and their corresponding descriptions, it means that changes have been made to the classification or categorization of certain services for taxation.
We have revised our SAC codes and their corresponding descriptions. These revisions have been in effect since October 1st, and any invoices generated after this date will reflect the updated SAC codes and descriptions.

Central Invoice Enhancement
1. Invoice payment details visibility to sellers and finance admin:If the invoice payment completed or there was an attempt to pay the invoice, the details of the payment will be visible to the sellers and the finance admin. The details can be seen in both, the platform and the admin panel.
2. Proforma invoice visibility in admin panel: In this enhancement, once the payment is completed and the tax invoice is generated, the proforma invoice will no longer be visible to the seller in the admin panel. Previously, the proforma invoice was accessible in the invoice section of the admin panel, but this enhancement removes that option.
3. Rendering of all invoices (proforma or tax) when clicked: All invoices, whether they are proforma or tax invoices in the administrator or platform side, is open and displayed when clicked.
4. Ability to download unpaid invoices: All unpaid invoices, including proforma or tax invoices, are now available for download in both the administrator and platform sections.

Partial Order Validation
This enhancement ensures that in cases of partial orders when the forward and cancelled quantities match, the system treats it as a standard order rather than a partial one. This adjustment eliminates the ambiguity in order status and significantly enhances the accuracy of order management.
In a specific scenario where the placed quantity is four, and two quantities are initially marked as "cancelled_fynd." but before the forward entry is delivered, another two quantities are sent. This adjustment eliminates ambiguity in order status and enhances accuracy of order management.
